At Monaar, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience for all our customers.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible in the following cases:

The items are unused, in their original packaging, and not stitched.

The product received is defective.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to our address and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under the following conditions:

Products must be unstitched, in original condition, and with original packaging, or found to be defective.

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund requests will only be entertained within 14 days after receiving the order.

International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to USD exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. The exact PKR amount paid will be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled upon request.

Refusing to accept shipped orders may result in a ban from our store.
